Our Mission

The making of the Eaglepoint Mission
Our mission is derived from God's biblical mandate to us.

Biblical Mandate (Matt 28:19 - 20) → Our Mission → Our Process

Matt 29:19-20: "Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I commanded you; and lo; I am with you always, even to the end of the age."

Clearly, Jesus' command is to make disciples. But the question is, how does a disciple look like?
Again we turn to Jesus, who modeled to us the kind of disciples He desires to make. From Him, we discover that every disciple has 3 vital relationships that he/she is consistently growing and developing:

one Relationship with God
twoRelationship with others
ThreeRelationship with the World

Christ trained 12 disciples who eventually shook the world. Today, we are called to do likewise, partnering with Christ to make disciples who will shake their world. In every arena of life, whether in families, campuses, marketplaces, businesses, communities, governments ... a disciple can change the world.

We make disciples, they make history.
Stemming from our understanding of the Biblical Mandate, we carve out our Mission to reflect these 3 important relationships:

Relationship with God
icn_arrowHonor God

Relationship with Spiritual Family
icn_arrow Love People

Relationship with the World
icn_arrow Serve Nations

Thus, our mission statement is:
Make Disciples that Honor God, Love People & Serve Nations

You can say that our mission statement is the pulse of Eaglepoint. For from it flows our culture, equipping track, ministries, events and so much more.
